APPLICATION FOR POSITION OF FLRPOA RECORDING SECRETARY
The Flying L Ranch Property Owners Association (FLRPOA) is hereby announcing an opening for the position of Recording Secretary, an auxiliary non-Board position. The Association is soliciting 100-word resumes to fill the vacancy of the positon of Recording Secretary. The resume should include information on your experience and skills that you may possess that are necessary to the position. Include a brief statement regarding why you want to be selected for the position of Recording Secretary.

RESPONSIBILITIES OF RECORDING SECRETARY:
BY-LAWS OF FLRPOA, ARTICLE VI, SECTION 1
The Recording Secretary will provide clerical assistance and prepare correspondence for the Association, as well as other duties directed by the Chairman and/or the Board of Directors. The Board of Directors will determine the amount of remuneration for this auxiliary non-Board position. The Recording Secretary will be the designated agent for the POA and custodian of the corporate administrative records. Upon request of the Chairman or the Association Board, the Recording Secretary may attend any Executive Session as deemed necessary.
